WEF Weeks 1-3

     ESP Farm started off WEF 2018 with a great first week. Meridian competed in the USHJA 3' hunter division collected ribbons and won a class out of over 30 entries. Meridian’s older brother Emerson also earned ribbons with Shawna Stout in the irons competing in the Adult Amateur Hunter Middle Sec. A.  Lisa Rossi and Sancerre picked up ribbons in the Low Adult Hunter 2'6" sec A division while Suzanne Smith and Le Caro earned a first and second and were champion in the Adult Amateur Hunter Older division. 
     WEF Week 2 continued to prove successful with Meridian once again picking up ribbons and topping a USHJA Hunter 3' class out of 35 entries.  He also went on to prove his prowess in the Adult Amateur division, winning a class with Lissa Bachner.  Emerson once again followed suite and stayed in the ribbons as well during the second week, collecting two blues in the WEF Open Hunter 3'3" and a reserve champion, as well as a win in the Adult Amateur Middle Section A with Shawna Stout in the irons. Rachel McMullen won the equitation 15-17 3'3" class aboard Caster Della Caccia in addition to a fourth and sixth in the division. Sarah Brooks and Royale faced forty in the Low Adult Hunter 2'6" section B and picked up ribbons in four of the five classes.

Other ribbon winners of WEF Week 2 were Caroline Kane and Rodanthe as well as Molly Dailey and Baluga both in Children's Hunters, Suzanne Smith and LaCaro in the Adult Amateur Older Section and Whitney Lind who finished 9th out of 41 with Wanant in the $10,000 Adult Jumper Classic 18-35.  
     During Week 3 of WEF, North Face added ribbons to the tack room, earning consistent placings in the USHJA 3' Hunter division with Jackie Deluca.
